What is Palo Santo ?
The Palo Santo belongs to the Bursera Graveolnes family which grows in the dry tropical Forest on the Pacific Coast South-America, the trees can reach 4-10mt height and its canopy could reach 15-20mt wide.
Is Palo Santo in danger ?
20 years ago it was in critical danger due to the bad handling, timber merchants and lack of knowledge. Despite its medicinal uses it was very mishandled, fortunately the problems were faced on time and the Palo Santo Forest became to be protected and reforested.
